He holds a bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Connecticut, a master's degree in Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and a master's degree in E-commerce and Business Technology from Carnegie Mellon University.

Citizens Financial Group Appoints CIO of The Clearing House, Lee Alexander, to its Board of Directors

The appointment will be effective February 1, 2021. Citizens Financial Group is one of the nation’s oldest and largest financial institutions, with $179.2 billion in assets. Alexander will serve on the board’s Audit Committee. The Clearing House is an operator of core payments system infrastructure in the United States, including a real-time payment system. Prior to joining The Clearing House, Alexander was Executive Vice President, Chief Information Officer at the New York Federal Reserve Bank, where he also served on the Bank’s Management Committee. He holds a B.Sc. in Computing Science and an MBA from the University of Glasgow in Scotland.

She joins Eaton from Hubbell, where she served as vice president and CIO. Prior to Hubbell, she served in CIO roles for ABB/GE Industrial Solutions and GE Grid Solutions. Redmond holds bachelor’s degrees in biology and psychology from the University of Georgia, Athens, and a master’s degree in industrial engineering from Southern Polytechnic State University, Atlanta.

Its properties include the legendary Firestone in Akron, OH, and Mission Hills in Rancho Mirage, CA.  Previously, Uchariya was CTO and Chief Architect at Wyndham Destinations. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Government Engineering College, India, and an MBA from Indian Institute of Information Management and Technology.

Prior to joining Hunt he was Director, IT Infrastructure at Dean Foods.

The AZEK Company appoints Fumbi Chima, CIO of BECU, to its board of directors

AZEK is a leading manufacturer of low-maintenance residential and commercial building products, and is headquartered in Chicago. Chima is EVP & CIO of BECU, a large Seattle-based credit union. She has decades of global business leadership and CIO experience at companies in the retail and financial sectors, including Walmart, Burberry, FOX Networks, American Express and most recently adidas. Chima currently serves on the boards of Africa Prudential Plc and the Women at Risk International Foundation. She holds a bachelor’s degree in politics and philosophy from The University of Hull, U.K.

Edwina Payne elected to Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta Board of Directors

Payne was most recently senior vice president, technology strategy and enterprise portfolio, for McKesson Corporation. Previously, she served as vice president and chief information officer of Avanos Medical (formerly known as Halyard Health Inc.), a medical technology company, from 2017 to 2019. From 2010 to 2016, she worked for Zimmer Biomet, a medical device manufacturer, where she was promoted into the role of vice president and chief information officer.

Previously, Smith served as Vice President and CIO at Lear Corporation for four years. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, and an MBA from University of Chicago with concentrations in International Business and Economics.

Union Pacific names Rahul Jalali as CIO

He received a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science.

Brown holds a BS in computer science from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, as well as a master’s degree in management information systems from Penn State and an MBA from Drexel University. She is also a Six Sigma Black Belt.
